Q. How often should I wash my car?
A. Weekly. Washing your car once a week will make sure any
harmful deposits from the environment are removed.

A. Pollutants, like sulfuric and nitric acids from today's industry and
automotive exhaust, become trapped in the raindrops or snow flakes
that settle on your vehicle's surface. When the sun evaporates the water,
it leaves behind concentrated acids that will damage your car's finish.

A. At Evergreen Car Wash we use only what we consider to be
the very best soaps, polishers and automotive treatment products
on the market today for a truly professional car wash.

Q. Does the Polish Wax really work?
A. Yes. Our specially formulated polishes form a protective coating
on your vehicle's surface, guarding against the sun's harmful rays, acid
rain, bugs, bird droppings and other substances that can harm the
delicate surface of your vehicle.

Q. Will the wax or polish from the car wash streak the outside
of my windows?
A. No, the wax itself will not streak the outside of your windows. However,
grease and oil from road spray does get trapped underneath your
windshield wipers, which can cause the rainbow-like streaks you may see.

Q. How long does the wax protect my car?
A. The wax applied in the car wash is a maintenance type wax that will
typically remain on your vehicle's surface for one to two weeks. It is a great
maintenance tool, when used with our professional hand wax in our detail
shop, which protects your car's finish for up to six months.

Q. What do you use to hand dry my car?
A. We use high quality, terry cloth towels. Our towels are washed after
each use in a machine specifically designed for the car wash industry. The
towels are always used slightly damp because they are softer and get into
the nooks and crannies easily.

Q. Will the car wash "brushes" scratch my car?
A. Absolutely not. We use only 100% soft cloth to clean your vehicle. There
are no brushes in the car wash and the soft cloths are cleaned and rinsed
during every wash with fresh water.

Q. Is the car wash safe for my convertible, vinyl or canvas
topped vehicle?
A. Yes. Our state-of-the-art, computerized car wash allows for
gentle but effective washing.

Q. How does the 5 day guarantee work?
A. The 5-day guarantee is only good on the same vehicle. Day one of the
5-day guarantee begins the day after the wash. 

Q. Can I leave my windows down?
A. We will not tell you what to do, but you will probably get really wet.

Q. Can I go through the car wash back wards?
A. No.
